"Mr. James Elliot was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. I recently moved back to Texas from Mississippi and I needed state insurance to register my vehicle. I asked Mr. James to wait while I checked with another auto-insurance company and he did. After speaking with the other auto-insurance company, I called Mr. Elliot back immediately. Also in the process of purchasing my first home, Mr. James provided me with home insurance information and requested that I call him back to receive more savings on my auto insurance, even if I choose not to bundle with State Farm.
